I ran into this with an insurance company I was trying to work with. Moved on to another company through a better agent, problem went away.

If you're questioning this strongly and this deep into the process whether or not you need a lawyer, you 100% do. You'll probably arrive at this conclusion eventually and any time between then and now is just lost rent, so cut to the chase and do it immediately. At some point you should check the court transcripts to see what actually went down to help evaluate your future relationship with this PM.  Good luck, sounds like a really garbage situation, but the lawyer will help you put it in the past as soon as possible.

I carry a gun when I am awake, and you should too.

Hey @Matt Herbert, thanks for the feedback. I ended up purchasing them too. I only have one tenant, so I don't have much experience with them yet, but they seem promising.  They did include a pet addendum, but some of the forum have indicated those don't fly in NH. Hopefully that was just an anomaly.

Hi All,

Looking for a New Hampshire residential lease agreement form.  Has anyone purchased the forms pack from BP and have feedback?  Not looking to reinvent the wheel but also prefer something a little more vetted than a random Google result.  Any input or advice appreciated. Thanks!

Recorded documents on wells and septics etc more than a couple decades old are a luxury. Always worth a look, of course.

My experience mirrors Bill Browns.  Always buyer requested.

Black Friday coming up at the big box stores. Expect to pay 1600-2200 for a stainless kitchen depending on your taste.

Start with your ARV. You need to be around 300k min for it to be worth your time, in my opinion. The costs of concrete, site work, utilities, permits, licensed tradespeople, heating systems, button-up, garages/decks, etc will blow you away.
