Septic tank inspections in New Hampshire

Hi New Hampshire agents and owners. I am a new to the laws in new hampshire. In massachusetts banks and towns require septic systems pass a title 5 inspection by a local expert in the field before a bank will close the loan or have an escrow account set up to disperse funds to a contractor to complete the job after closing.

Does new hampshire have a similar inspection required by banks and cities? Any blogs or articles detailing septic systems in new hampshire and the associated rules that go along with them?

Thank you
