@Joe Lane

Yes sales of a property with or without a structure can be on multiple parcels.  The bigger question is, are the parcels you are purchasing owned by one or multiple owners.

I've purchased multiple properties on 1 purchase agreement.

Some lenders may require you to break out the parcels. But most attorney's can do it at the closing.

If i can be of service lets connect.

@Ida something I've  been doing in my market in New Orleans area is asking for an additional deposit.  Instead of a 1 month I may ask for a 1 1/2 or even a full second deposit.   I'll  make it part of the additional terms of the lease and break the additional deposit amount up over 2 or 3 months.  If someone is willing to pay it they are less likely to cause  damage or walk away from paying.

Good luck

Most definitely.  The Terrytown one I believe I've seen already  (Deerfield)? If not let me know.

The other Jefferson.  Lete know. Again if not for me I have clients also looking.
