Congrats, great cash flow!

The hardest part is getting good deals. They need to be a good deal for the investors after the fees you take. If you can bring real value to buyers, you will only need 1-3 great buyers. They will buy everything you have if it is good. Wholesalers have a bad name because they try to resell other peoples deals and lie about the ARV / Repair costs.
