6 days into my wholesaling journey just continuing to educate myself with books, videos and the BP forums. Any podcast or specific YouTuber is should check out?

Also to my experienced wholesalers what’s the hardest and easiest part of beginning a wholesale business?

Thanks you!

Easiest part is finding buyers.  Hardest is finding deals.  Everybody and their brother wants to be wholesaler.  Most property owners show me a stack of postcards received when I meet with them.  They get hit very hard via mail and text.  As @Steve Morris stated, wholesalers are trying to make money, just need to be more upfront with sellers.  Too many don't have a dime to buy the property or any buyers to sell it to.  Giant waste of time for sellers.  For me, I need to be as transparent and honest with sellers.  I approach them to see if I can help solve their problem... whether I buy it as a rental, I wholesale it, list it, etc.  Best wishes on your journey!
