Hello Newbie here

My business partner and I are planning on buying our first multifamily investment property in Boston,MA. We are thinking 2-4 units max about "C" or "B" class with added value. 

Is there any resources besides Zillow/MLS or even agent. What should we look for when evaluating a property?.

My name is Abou and I am currently taking my sales class and love it. But from what I have been learning dusk far, I believe business and life is about money+information and I never want to be out the loop in a deal. I probably won't know everything but I would like to know something.

Is there any book that will help me understand more about:

1. Mortgage/financing

2. Types of mortgages

3. Understanding market
