Avail is fine. I'm unsure how well it is now since it was acquired but Ryan (Founder) cared a lot about his product so I'm sure it's still fine.

Google Voice has this issue for a bunch of different products.

Use Dialpad. It's simple, affordable, and works for all 2FA functions.

Any SMS without consent is considered illegal. You can be sued if it traces back to you, and the FTC will not play around with this.

This is why every legitimate company DOESN'T do it.

As much as I want to help, it's unethical, and I hope you understand.

It was silly for you to respond but regardless, hit up VRBO support and let them know.

They allowed the review to stay.

Their customer service is only slightly better than Zoom. I'd escalate the **** out of it.

You'll have issues with selling.
You'll have issues with the county if they find out.
You'll have issues with insurance if there is a claim, and they will do an inspection.

If it is not legal and documented, everyone will find a way to penalize you and take your money.

Hey @Kiefer Cheney - In many states, you must legally provide at least one free method to pay rent.

Are you looking for management software or a digital way to collect payments?

Man, I just hate it when the ghosts come around and scare the guests.  A 1-star review!
