I just started using e-fax at my job and I love it. I was scared to use it at first because it was new to me. It makes your life so much easier. I don't know what service they use but it works fine by me. My fax at home is not working so I can have my clients send their information directly to my e-fax!! What a wonderful invention... :goofy:

A few months ago I talked about the need to help a family friend with foreclosure. They have given her the option to buy it back if she comes up with $20,000 by this Friday. Can anyone help?? Her two handicapped adult daughters live with her and she's 75 or so. They don't want to move but want to stay in the home which they've been in for about forty years. Can you at least direct me so I can help them....thanks in advance for all of your help.
The home is in Upstate NY.

I have actually been at it for less than 6 months. Believe me I know that is not long. My colleagues who walked in the door with me are moving along quickly which is the only reason I made my point. I don't quit and I enjoy this too much to do so. I know that success does not come without hard work!

I went to a few DIG meetings. I am in Bucks County, PA. They were very informative. You should attend them and you will get a great deal of information. Reading this site is great too!! As he said, be a sponge......... good luck!!

Hi, thanks for response. She is retired. She has two older children that live with her and both are ill (wheelchair bound, etc.). I mean it is a sad story altogether. I am going to have to have her other daughter fax me the info so I can see it. The owner is 75 and has been living there for my 40 yrs. of life. She is so upset that it's difficult to understand her clearly. I came up with the idea of her selling too becuase I didn't think that the likelihood of someone letting her stay there would be that high.
I will give more info when I get it. I'm still working on it...........again, thanks for responding
