Pre-foreclosure help needed ASAP
I haven't been on in a while and don't have time to read through the forums that could probably be of assistance. I don't have all of the info yet but I know one thing.........my friend's home is going into foreclosure July 10th if she doesn't come up with 32k that she doesn't have. It's a horrible situation.
It's in Upstate NY, about an hour from NYC. I need to know how to direct her. I don't have the $ to help her and the days are drawing near. The 32k comes from backpayment. The house was paid for but she allowed an idiot to take a loan out on it and of course, he never made a payment on it. I know this is all over the place because I don't know what questions to ask. Is there anyone that can help me with the little info I gave? I'm trying to get more info today............. :crying:
