It's great that you quit! A lot of people have difficulty doing it. In NYC, cigarettes are 10 bucks a pack. My friends complain but keep smoking. Be proud of yourself.. :superman:

We have young agents at our firm. As long as you show them that you have what they want your age shouldn't be an issue. By that I mean drive, work ethic, etc., All they want you to do is make money for them and yourself. Good luck!!

I've had minimal success with craigslist. I'm an agent in NYC and that's where everyone advertises. It costs $10 per ad but $6 if we do it through the companies bulk adds. Basically to me it's hit or miss but I'll keep using it.

I drive a Cadillac SRX. I am interested in getting a Benz or BMW next year. But only until I get my Bentley!!

I work in NYC as a real estate agent. I wanted to join some investment clubs. There are so many in that area that I don't know which one to join. I wanted to know if anyone could recommend a good one??
Thanks!!

Thanks so much!! I read something on the web about them once I posted this. It was not good. They actually had to pay a large sum of money back to people they misled.

Thanks for your immediate response.

Has anyone heard of these people?? They say they give leads but it costs $100 to start and $195 for the leads on a monthly basis. They are partners with USHUD.com They say its on a monthly basis. They called me and I requested something in writing which they sent. It doesn't sound right to me.....
