As I said, I am new to all this. I went on a Rehab Tour today with a PA based investment group. It was extremely exciting. It let me know that I, too, can do what the teachers in the groups that I worked with today have done. I have gained so much information from you guys on this site that it made it easier for me to go today. I keep thanking you all for your help whether indirectly or directly but I must say it again, THANK YOU!!

I do have REI goals. I am just asking and learning along the way. My goals=success. If I don't ask questions, I don't feel comfortable completely. This is all new to me. I'm more of a visual learner. I am networking and reading. I have already claimed my success verbally. I just want to put it into action. My goals will be reached........... :mrgreen:

I had a similar question too. I live in PA but recently my partner suggested that we invest MH's....I don't know if you have to own the park itself to own the trailers or if you can own the trailers and not the park. I need help understanding as I continue to learn about the wonderful world of RE................

Thanks for sharing this video. My question is about his realtor on the show. Now she has her own show on A & E. Shouldn't her show be taken off or her licensed revoked? I despise liars and cheats!!
I mean, we're adults and have to use our own judgment about things. However, you don't believe the show would knowingly do such a thing. They are all at fault...A&E, his realtor, Scott's landscaping, etc. This thing has my blood boiling!! Again, thanks for providing this link. We needed that!!

Yeah, I'm not looking to spend a whole lot of money on it either. I just feel like I'm still lost and I don't want to make mistakes. These mistakes could cost me, literally! I'll just keep going to the meetings and reading books and the posts. That is extremely helpful! When I feel comfortable, I will make a move......keep me posted on your progress and I'll do the same...........
