Thanks everyone for all of your recommendations!! I have some ideas now on what I can do to get some more showings. Ophelia-Thanks so much for your response!!! I am going to implement alot of the changes you suggested. I have a friend that has a better camera that I am going to borrow and I went and got some pictures and additional pillows, etc to change around some of the staging items. I really appreciate your help!!

I have another post as well and one person gave me some good feedback, got me thinking I would like other opinions as well. This is a recent flip I did, only had 3 showings in 2 weeks. Feedback would be great on staging and listing wording!! You will not hurt my feelings....need to get it SOLD!! Thanks for your time!!

This is it, we have granite in bath and stainless in kitchen. It has only been listed two weeks with 3 showings. One buyer did say it was on their list to revisit. I might be somewhat impatient...better to be proactive vs reactive :) Feedback welcome

I am a RE Agent and have a flip that I recently completed. I am wondering what are some creative ideas others have used to sell a home. I have done the traditional: list on MLS, Craigslist, send listing to other agents with recent sales, the home is staged and really nice in nice neighborhood, have not had many showings. Any ideas or strategies that have worked to sell your home fast?

I use to work for a bank and yes they have the right to take out money owed to the bank from a current account. it is called "right of offset". If they overdraw an acct or do not pay a loan, they can take money out of another acct to cover the fee.

Before I began investing I thought people looked for corner lot homes...I recently read somewhere (I think on this site) that corner lots are hard to sell. I am currently looking at a home on a corner lot. Do you think this will be hard to sell quickly. Home was built in late 90's and really only needs cosmetic repairs. It is1500 sq ft 3/2 with garage. Listed for 100,000 and ARV is 150,000. What are your thoughts????? Thanks for you help!!!

Tell me what would be your highest price based on this:

Home is a 3 bed 1.5 bath built in 1967. Has a partial finished basement, 1155 sq feet, recent comps, 124,000 with finished basement, 2000 sq feet, 91,000 and 101,000 with no finished basement. This is a purchase at the court house and we cannot see the inside, so going in blind.

From the outside things we can see, foundation and roof look good, needs new HVAC, new windows, no idea about inside???

What would your highest price be??

Steve, Did the your insurance cover something that?
