Hey @Ryan Boltman you might want to check out a 'deal tank' that Roofstock recorded for the Birmingham market in October. I was on the show along with a local agent, Ben Preston. 

Besides looking at a couple of deals, we discuss the areas of Birmingham and why the market is so strong here. The competition for properties is tough and there is a lot of institutional money here, but the market seems steady and not out of control. You should be able to find the video by searching 'roofstock market deal tank Birmingham.'

Hey @Angelica Stepien, you can find some good information online about investing in Birmingham as well as from the group on BP. I know there are several good videos on YT that may help.

I also believe a lot where you look depends on what your goals are with investing in Birmingham and what your risk tolerance is for your investments.

Hey @Falgun Chokshi - I agree with @Mark Ainley here. I know the owners of Atrium in Orlando and they have a great reputation and are investor-friendly. One of their partners (Adam Wonus) was just named one of 2020's "People to Watch" by Winter Park Magazine. We direct any investors we work with who are also looking to hold properties in the Orlando area to the team at Atrium.
