Has anyone worked with a multi family syndication company they would recommend? I'm looking for minimum investment sizes on the lower end to start.

Hi BP Community! Looking for some thoughts / feedback. For my next deal I'm considering adding another duplex to the portfolio or investing in a syndication. With a duplex you get more control, maybe more write offs, but obviously more hands on and the potential for higher vacancy. With a syndication it's more passive, you partner with professionals and can access larger and higher quality properties. Curious to get anyone's thoughts that have done both!

Has anyone used the company BNB Leverage to help with the airbnb arbitrage strategy? They apparently help you screen for a property, acquire a corporate lease, and design the airbnb rental. Fees seem high but could potentially be worth it. Curious to hear anyone's experience!

Thanks all! It's interesting because of the low start up capital and potential for higher returns. Especially in a high interest rate environment where cash flows on long term rentals are muted and there is significant capital required to purchase and list on airbnb.

I live near NYC but would invest out of state in an airbnb / landlord friendly state. Open to connect further if interested!

It doesn't look like it would add much monthly cash flow, but you pick up the equity and appreciation. If it's in a good location anticipated to go up in value, it could be worth it

Does anyone have recommendations of real estate syndication firms they've used?

+ Are there any for non-accredited investors / investors using and LLC?

@Spencer Cuello are you looking to invest with a group into a syndication or as an individual investor as the managing member of an LLC? Both are possible but there are rules that you should be aware of to stay out of trouble.

Potentially with 2 others in a multi-member LLC. Is there a website you typically go to for this kind of information?

I have used Endurus Capital and I know them pretty well.  Some offerings MAY be offered to non accredited investors, but it is not typical.

Thanks, Joe. Do you have their website?

Looks like consensus says they are not worth the cost, thanks all!
