Any sales contract can be used for wholesaling, as long as you fill out the contract in a way where you will be able to assign.

Hi Meryl,
You should definitely look in to work in areas where you see that your skills, like sales, customer service, math, whatever it is matches. Otherwise you will waist your time. If you don't want to be a real estate agent, don't be! If you want to be in the industry look for any job related to real estate, and see if it would be something that you would like to do in a daily bases. What you don't want to do is to work on something that doesn't match your personality, and ended up turning your self off.

So, do some research, and talk to many professionals, and try to find out the good and the bad of their job.

Good Luck !!

I agree with Tim. I am a student from the Flip to Freedom Academy and they advise is to write enough offer in the beginning so we are comfortable with the contract and etc. But, as time goes by you will not have time to waist with writing many contracts, you will start filtering your leads based on motivation.

Hope that helps.

Question in this same subject; When is the landlord suppose to notify the tenant about a rent increase? Would that be stated in the contract? If no, what would be an acceptable time?

Hi Eric,

I would love to know that answer too. I have been wondering how can I use my 401K to invest in Real Property.

Contract for purchase, estate contract.

Great tips. Thank you for sharing! And congrats on your first of many checks to come.
