I am looking for ways to better improve the delivery of my offers, and I was wondering if any one has been using esignature to better improve the speed to send offers to sellers and buyers.

If you are, do you have any tips? Also, what software, if any ,are you using?

I have been working on my time management, and have noticed that when the week starts all the random events end up bringing my plans down the drain.

Hi Alvin Ray, I agree with Romica P.! You will only be using somebody if you are not putting the work that you agree to do!
Build your credibility with the other cash investor, and if your work proves to be worth the profit split, you guys will work in many more deals.

Hi Bruce Crane, pay off any debt first, other wise it will follow you until you take care of it. Worst it will damage your credit, and eventually you will need credit to buy a real property investment.
