Hello everybody, I am a 20 year old college student who is looking to make some money on the side to help pay for my college. I tried doing direct mail campaigns for residential vacant land but i have not had that much success with it. I will continue to try this method because it has the potential to be very profitable, but the cost of sending the letters is adding up and i was wondering if there are any other ways to invest for the short term where i cant make some money and where i don't have to work full time as i am in college. Thank you for the help!
