@Jay Hinrichs actually USA is one of the cheapest places to buy houses even now with the prices a bit higher than 2 years ago .

i see so many of my friends families sell they basic house in Middle east or Europe and can buy more than one house here in California .

this is the reason RE investing in USA is so much better than anywhere else .

building houses and construction are so easy ( mostly stucco , wood frames ) and bank loans are better that anywhere else i know (4 to 5 % Interest rates ) .

There's been a lot of talk of sub $30k properties, so I thought it would be an interesting idea to post some pictures of what $30k buys in different parts of the country.

i can't put a picture here , because you might be able to but a Restroom with 30K in Sacramento , CA .

there is no house with that kind of price in My area , you should feel lucky .

also from the pics i can tell this is a good property for under 30K . really worth it .

i am kind of new here , listen to BP pod casts and read the Ultimate beginners guide from BP .( i learned so much in the past 3 months )

be around BP and you will learn so much and get so many great advices you will not fine in any other book or Guru's teaching classes .

i am pretty new here too , wants to know as much as i can to start my investing in sacramento - already living there the market is Awesome for investing right now /
