Hello BP friends .

i have heard some awesome stories about @Rochester,NY and all the potential in the 19th ward . i was wondering if any of you guys know a turnkey company that works in that area and have a good reputation .

i have come across some website that looks like they work in Rochester ,  but their website is kind of out of date .

thanks in advance .

@Marco Santarelli thank you , it is really hard to find but i have talked to so many real state agents and asked them to keep sending me properties , i see maybe 5 good deals out of over 100 properties they send me for buy and hold , but its there .

after i make a good foundation here in SAC town , and gain more experience i would definitely look to out of state too .

All . its funny how i was looking so bad to invest out of state , but when you look at it there is always deals even in states in CA that makes it worth while going for them .

like a lot of people mentioned here its hard to deal with long distance investing when you have no control of your property and its in the hands of a third party .

in my case in came up partnering with another investor and we are doing our first deal here in Sacramento , where we can go back and forth with seller and all the other parties involved , i think its better to stay local at least for the first few deals , to gain more experience and know the market .

thank you all for helpfull comments good luck to you all .
