I haven't heard of them. Seems interesting. I would talk with current investors of theres. Also look at past performance. And look into the owner of the company and make sure it is legitimate.

Hey Nikki! Take advantage of all the free resources online. Start looking at properties and running the numbers. Go to local real estate meetups and learn from the real estate investors in your market. Finance cowboy has some great resources online as well. Bigger pockets has a great podcast too!

Hey Marco! I recommending going to your local real estate happy hours and finding a good flipper in your area. See if they would be willing to partner on a deal. Their is also so many resources on the bigger pocket community. We do webinars regularly on REI.

Hey Kevin! It really depends on how long you intend to hold this loan for. If you want to refinance in the next couple years buying points doesn't make sense.
