Private and Hard money
Hey BP,
Not a new member but I am coming back into the community after being away for a while. I am now a hard and private money lender, lending in all 50 states so would love to connect with anyone who has a difficult deal and see what I can do to help. I looked back on some of my first posts and happy to see the progress I have made. Since beginning I have done one creative finance deal using sub to, one attempted fix and flip, me and my partner own two airbnbs and I have bought and sold many tax properties. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2018 starting out as a mortgage closer and notary, moving to title and then a mortgage broker. Love mortgages and real estate documents and I am happy to be stepping into a new frontier of private and hard money. I plan to be more active in the community and hope I can help out and learn from everyone soon. HMU anytime!
