Hi All-   I am trying to find out how Sister can transfer the title/deed to a property to my dad with no Tax implication and and not having to pay the Title transfer fee for the county-  suffolk

Hi Christopher-  Thank for the response, do I need to check or notify the mortgage company on anything.  Since this mortgage has been in default for 7 months, no sure if her insurance is lapsed as she did not make the mortgage payments were insurance was being paid through the escrow.
