Hi, Monika Smith great motivation talk from someone been in the trenches.  Much success and Blessing to U. Thanks for sharing your meaningful story.  How would rate someone getting Cody sperber Fast track or Cody/Josh First millionaire.  How would you weigh them for someone wanting to delve into mainly Wholesaling.  Although BP has lots of great stuff information seems scattered around and feels over whelming.  I am looking for a structured and effective program.  Any advice or insight from all will be appreciated.  Regards.

This is a year old thread but did anyone compare the rehabvaluator versus the BP Rehab calculator. Can both provide the same functionality for analysis and presentation to private lenders for funding.  Does anyone have any favorite for any reason.  I am evaluating to decide which would be the tool of choice cost vice and for what it produces.  Thanks all for the feedback.   Regards.

Thanks Justin, and for your insight looking towards keeping the new comers informed on the reality.  I like to stay connected with you since I am also new at learning the ropes in wholesaling in the Maryland area market.  I was going to pursue a Mentor/Coaching program but now will certainly delve to get knowledge from BP and connect with good folks looking to help new starters. Regards.

Hey all for the Batmore area- are you referring to city or county. Any what pocket areas who you consider as being good mainly for rental versus flips.  As some areas are tricky with area being safe and good and getting steady rent paying tenanst and more headache.  IS there a good website that gives more zone /area detail by street within a city or area by crime /income so I can narrow down to which street is good buy for rentals.  Thanks all

Now the FTS is modeled for Arizona so some things with have to be modified for your state. Now I'm just getting into the Cody/Josh system, but from what I can see thus far is that this system incorporates the best of the FTS to some extent, and all the business experience of Josh as an investor and high end real estate broker.

Thanks Gary, I would like to connect to get a feedback on how the Josh/Cody system is working for you. Are u a newbie Wholesaler or been in the Business for a while such that you cna inspect and give your view on the system. As I am brand new and going from being a Traditional landlord to wanna be Wholesaler and later Rehab/flipper. Thank you for your insight
