I own a 6.1 acre property with a home on it. The land is on highway frontage. Land is flat and dry. I am looking for someone to joint venture with. Zoning allows for an RV park with 20 spots per acre allowed. I provide the land you provide the funds too engineer and develop property. Keep RV park for passive income or finish and sell. RV parks in this area are renting 400-600 per month and all of them have a waiting list to get in. Because of extremely rents and high home prices more and more people are living in RV's. Property is located in Graham, WA

@Dave Carpenter

That is a great idea. I have only looked at their online booking calendar. I think I will do that today. Thanks for the suggestion.

@Dave Carpenter

My plan was to purchase a Air BNB as a second home and use it most of the time as a rental. I would automate the cleaning to a local cleaning company and charge the renter the cleaning charge. I  know it is so hit or miss in how often it is rented out and I am using numbers from research I have done on Air BNB in that area. Those ones seem to be rented out most of the month and most of the year. I am just trying to see if anyone has done this and what their experience was. The whole house would be rented out.
