Joint Venture opportunity
I own a 6.1 acre property with a home on it. The land is on highway frontage. Land is flat and dry. I am looking for someone to joint venture with. Zoning allows for an RV park with 20 spots per acre allowed. I provide the land you provide the funds too engineer and develop property. Keep RV park for passive income or finish and sell. RV parks in this area are renting 400-600 per month and all of them have a waiting list to get in. Because of extremely rents and high home prices more and more people are living in RV's.
