Hi @Chris Chang, I think that would be great. As someone who is still getting their feet wet, it'd be great to meet local people with the same goals in mind. Please keep me posted on this opportunity.

Hi @Rob Terpilowski,

Great, I'll do some research on the possibility of Veristone Capital and Rain City Capital. Thanks!

@Chris Orcutt, I'm definitely interested in various ways to raise capital for the right investment property. My potential investor partners (from my private circle) aren't able to raise the capital for this particular property, due to timing on their end.

I'll take a look at the options - lease-options and/or seller financing. Thanks for bringing those back into my purview, Chris. Cheers!

Hi!

I'm looking for some direction to help me creatively finance what looks to be a great rental property opportunity in Seattle, WA. Anyone know hard money lenders / private money lenders to help fund a deal in Seattle for a Canadian?

Cheers for any and all assistance!

Hi everyone!

Always good to know there's somewhere to go to post a question that's been lingering. I have a few offers on the table for some really great rental properties in WA, but I've been unable to connect with a US Lawyer who is best able to direct me on how to set up my entity down in WA / USA for both liability protection and tax protection as a Canadian doing business in the States.

I'm hoping someone is able to direct me or refer me to such a talented lawyer that everything can get sorted out and structured properly in time to save these deals.

Thanks so much in advance! I truly appreciate this forum and any help you can send my way.

TITLE: 2 beds / 1.5 baths FOR RENT in FOX SCHOOL DISTRICT

This beautiful house has been renovated throughout, including hardwood flooring in living areas. Both big bedrooms come with large, spacious closets.

Enjoy breakfast in your brand new eat-in kitchen. Included in the rental are both the stove and the refrigerator.

With plenty of storage inside, your car would be protected from the elements under the carport.

This would be the perfect house for a small family as you'd be in walking distance from the Fox School District and other family-oriented amenities.

Both First Month's Rent & Security Deposit are due at lease signing.

Successful Rental Application Includes:

- a Fully Completed Application

- a Thorough Background Check, including a Credit check

- Minimum Monthly Income of (($$$))

- Solid, Outstanding References, including at least one from a previous Landlord

Hi @Steven Lin

I'm new to the New Haven REI market and looking to make some connections. My partner and I are looking to start with some wholesaling opportunities - so we can keep you in mind, if you're interested?

What kind of writing is that, @Cosmo Iannopollo? Haha

I write marketing materials for home builders and real estate agents, as well as write websites, blog posts, and articles for various other clients and myself. I also split my time editing such writings as well as books. So, basically, I get to play with words all day long. ;)
