There is a park in my area that will not rent to sexual offenders.  Background checks are required on all adults before lot will be rented.  Criminal is not a protected class.

Does anyone have any experience with treated wood foundations? There was one contractor who built houses in my area in the early 1980's who used treated wood. No bank will loan on them so if they sell, they have to sell cheap to a cash buyer. Would you even go there or just avoid them altogether?

My daughter and son-in-law were given a house as a wedding present, (nice I know) when can they sell it, and not pay capital gains. An uncle bought it and they moved in, they have lived there for 2 years but only took title of it in May. Does their 2 years start when they moved in or when they took title? They have rehabbed it and are anxious to do the next one!
