@Andrew Peters

That’s what I do with 90% of my properties.

If you have any questions that I can help you with, let me know.

I completely avoid “The South Side”. 87% of crime in Statesville happens on the south side.

@Jane S.

I don’t stop showing a property until deposit and first months rent is in hand. My hand. Time is money.

@Kenneth White My suggestion would be to ask what he would ask if he were just getting started. The wonderful thing about successful people is that they love to share their knowledge with people that are genuinely interested in that industry! You have got a great opportunity in front of you, he will give you golden nuggets of wisdom that could take you years to learn! Just remember, knowledge is not power, it’s potential power, knowledge and action creates real outcomes!! 🙌

Robert Oliver I know it has been a while since you made that original post. I just wanted to follow up, and find out if you had continued success with Tom’s program? I’ve been doing real estate investing for a long time, and just now have decided to learn different aspects of it. I felt that whole selling was a great place to start! Even though I’ve probably done it in the past, I didn’t realize it was called who selling! LOL. I also want to add, but I totally disagree with the person that said that most people and BiggerPockets don’t want to pay for information. Good information has to be delivered in a certain way, and let’s face it, we live in a western culture, everything cost money. I too would rather access streamlined information than to have to read a lot of opinions and try to extract what I think is factual. Even with BiggerPockets, I did not have to join at the pro member level, but I wanted to encourage Brandon and Josh to keep doing what they’re doing. Even time has a price tag. I am not throwing stones at anyone, if something works for me, I want to scream it from the rooftops too. Like I said, I just want to follow up and find out if this far into the program, do you still feel the same? Keep doing what you’re doing! And you handled that unsolicited criticism very well! I’ll look forward to hearing a follow up from you. 🙌

Hey Y’all. I’m stepping out of my comfort zone and want to ask if anyone knows of investor friendly bankers in NC. I used to work with Yadkin Bank but bought out by First National of P.A. and they have been a NIGHTMARE even with existing loans. Thanks for your help!! FICO 760 but all income is via rentals.

Hi Joseph. I have been considering the program also, however, my due diligence time seems to be getting on their nerves! Did you decide to do the program? If so, is it all that as promised?
