What’s your thoughts on the freedom mentor program

Hi Everyone Was thinking about signing up for Phil Pustejovsky Freedom mentoring program. It sounds extremely convincing especially being a person who is very eager to start a real estate career. He charges an up front fee of somewhere between 8000-15000. Also, any profits you make is subject to split 50/50 with Phil. He claims that he will walk you through everything and give you everything you need to succeed. He also has a pre apprentice program for just $997. You receive lots of material and training with that too. You just don’t get the day to day training and real life questions you face throughout the process. Was wondering if anyone has or is using either of these programs and if they can please share their experience with me. I really don’t want to put my money in this and then later regret my decision so all advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
