@Caleb Heimsoth Buying it for myself. The seller is considering letting me pay the the downpayment over a course of 5yrs plus the mortgage payment. Once I get the numbers, lease agreements, ect my lawyer and I will go over it

@Charlie MacPherson Thanks for that advice. Other commercial properties in the area sell faster but I'm thinking this one is taking so long because they're asking $4,700,000. I'm hoping that if the information is good and the numbers are right I'll be able to make them a reasonable offer. Especially if the seller is motivated.

@Dennis M. You're absolutely right. Tomorrow I'm viewing the property and hopefully the seller and I can work something out. The deal depends on the type of payments/ interest rates.
