Hey! Next Wednesday I have an appointment to look at a shopping center that's been on the market since Jan 2016. I'm curious as to what questions I should be asking and any general advice. Thank you

There seems to be some red flags here. Why would he consider owner financing a $4M property (to include the down payment). That would leave you with very little skin in the game. Do you have any experience with acquisitions of that size/magnitude? Its a big leap to take if you don't have experience, or someone that you trust advocating on your behalf.
