Hello All,

We are buying our 3rd home in OC/LB area. We have one property in Los Alamitos and other one in Buena Park, one fetches great rent and we don’t expect any issues renting other one out too. We make 1000$ on top of our mortgage payment and property taxes on our first property. For second home we are expecting to make 700-800 too. Now we are looking to get medium sized home in east Long Beach area. Around 900k. Is this a good strategy to use that income to make third house affordable?

Hello BP family, We are newbies. We are looking for Multi family unit in Long Beach, CA. Our plan is to do STR for one unit and other units for Long term rental. Our budget is 1-1.2M. What are your thoughts?

Hello, I am new to BiggerPockets and new to this whole ADU thing. We are planning to build an ADU in our backyard. Our biggest selling point to go for an ADU was that we would be able to Airbnb it. Sorry if I missed any comment in this post, but I am not clear if Buena Park city is still enforcing the "minimum 30 days rental" clause and that means no short-term Airbnb rentals allowed?
