We are in the market to buy our third single family home. We live in Orange County, CA and market is extremely competitive for buying . But since last week I am seeing price drop on lot of properties. I was able to get a deal on property which had reduced price recently. I think it’s definitely buyers market. What are your thoughts and experiences?

I am planning not to hire property manager and planning to do property management on my own. I wanted to know what service do you use to create a rental contract?

We are ready to start our new ADU project in Orange County. What do you recommend Detached or Attached ADU? What are advantages and disadvantages? Will making it attached ADU add to the square footage to the house? TIA.

Hi We bought our first SFH 6 years ago in Los Alamitos, almost after 4 years we rented that out and bought second SFH in Buena Park, CA, now since the rents are high we are looking to rent our current home and buy our third single family in east Long Beach. Is this a good strategy? Since we are rookies we are little nervous.
