@Christian S.  Thank you for the kind words, and for supporting the PodCast!  

We are the owners of the properties before you buy them.  In order to get you that kind of pricing, we don't put a lot of markup on them.  So, there's not enough equity for us to seller finance.  So, we sell everything cash.  That said, there are still a number of creative ways of getting the cash together without starting with a typical note.  PM me if you'd like to discuss further.  THANKS!

Yes, nearly everything we do with B/H in Indy is 2%.

Best advice - live where you want, and where you'll be happiest.  There are a lot of hours outside of a job...hours to pursue interests, hobbies, advancement, personal development, etc.  You can invest anywhere.  A good TurnKey company will allow you to reap all the benefits of ownership, without any of the hassles.  I lived in the Austin/SA area for most of my adult life, and LOVED living there, but I would not invest there.  There are far better deals in FL and the midwest.

This is what happens when you have a great property 5 minutes from downtown!  Great rehab, all new mechanicals and cosmetics...just being finished.  We don't even have "after" pictures yet, and there are TWO new (1 year) leases already in place.  Property comes with full one year warranty.  Act quickly.  This one will be sold before the renters take possession.
