Hey Dave!  What made you pick out Bloomsburg area?  I am about 20 minutes away, just finished renovating and renting a Duplex in Milton which isn't too far.

What are your goals? SFH? Multi Family? There are some stable areas around Bloomsburg that you might consider. I can definitely be of some help as I am in Bloomsburg everyday and I also have a good local network. Let me know if you want to chat!

Full renovation @Marc Nespoli

Currently we are in the process of demoing the existing kitchens, carpet, and some of the wall paneling.  Will need to install new kitchens and bathrooms.  I also need some masonry work to rebuild one of the back porches and re-attach the support column.  Lots of work!

Hello all!  I am transitioning to Central PA (Milton, Lewisburg, Bloomsburg, Danville) and seeking contacts in the area that have a good network.  I am in the process of renovating a Duplex/Double in Milton and seeking some labor this winter to get the renovation done.  I have a good amount of experience in flips and would like to meet some like minded people!

Most of the universities are transferring all student housing to on campus over the next few years.  Good news is that leaves a gap to be able to get ex student houses for cheaper and make them better for small families or young professionals.
