Thanks @Michael Baum!!! Still interested in peoples experiences and where they think this could go in the future!

Hey ya’ll!

I am wondering what you guys know about the current air bnb situation in chelan and Douglas county. I heard they are not allowing any more, but wasn’t sure how that worked or how it’s enforced?

I’m trying to figure out if that will be an option to be considering or not as I look for new deals.

thanks!

I started listening to BP about 2 years ago and got very distracted with life. But now i'm regretting not taking action when i first started listening.
So here is to the present!

I need a kick in the  butt and making it my ONE THING to purchase my first Real Estate rental property (probably house hack a multi-plex) this year 2018.

If there are others in Wenatchee WA area i'd love to meet up, or just get in contact and would love encouragement by seeing some deals you all are getting done!

It always seems impossible before you do something, but the second after you do it, I know you just wanna keep on doing it again and again!

Thanks!

Hey, Just wondering if anyone knows the markets here in Washington State (specifically Thurston and Pierce County) for Fix and Flips? Wanting to know the average profits per flip, what do the Auctions look like price wise, etc. My Partner will be the GC and we'll just hire out a few tasks. We're also using cash.

Would love to know your thoughts/recent experiences.
Thanks!!

Looking into The Greater Phoenix AZ area and wondering if the market is good for flipping houses? Specifically looking at Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Hello! My wife and I are currently looking to change our life up! We want to get into real estate and we also like Phoenix AZ. Currently we live in Seattle WA. I desire to invest in small multi family properties buy and hold. And possibly do some single family flips. Would Phoenix be a good place for us to start out this adventure? Would love BP's advice and comments! Thanks!
Getting funding on a property that has a stick built house and a mobile home seems almost impossible. Especially with not a lot of money for a down payment. It is a 1 bedroom stick built house (20k repairs needed) Also a double wide 3/2 manufactured home. It is located in the county, on a R5 plot of land. It is a great deal and I believe I can get it at a good price, but financing has been shot down by every lender I've checked with. The lenders don't like the difference with the stick built and mobile home on the same parcel. Possible options I can do for financing? Thanks!
