Should I move to Phoenix AZ?

Hello! My wife and I are currently looking to change our life up! We want to get into real estate and we also like Phoenix AZ. Currently we live in Seattle WA. I desire to invest in small multi family properties buy and hold. And possibly do some single family flips. Would Phoenix be a good place for us to start out this adventure? Would love BP's advice and comments! Thanks!

We've had experience with people either investing there or moving from there to Silicon Valley. What we've seen is that there are swings in the economy that we don't see locally. It appears that when times are good it is a good place to be. When times are poor, you'll be sitting waiting for the business climate to change. Local Phoenix people surely have a different view.
