Teams will form a new limited liability company to purchase up to $4,000,000 in investment property.

Our plan is to organize and raise up to $1,000,000 in equity using a Regulation Crowdfunding campaign.

You DO NOT need to contribute your cash, invest, pay fees, or hire a mentor to participate.

What you DO need to join in the venture:

1. Ability to take action and follow through.
2. Willingness to follow directions.
3. Commitment to work 1-2 hours per week on the campaign for the next 8 weeks.
4. Enthusiasm and excitement.
