Welcome to BP!!!!!

Stay focused and dedicated!!!! Start with a daily plan, educate yourself constantly but don't become paralyzed in education. You wanna put action behind your daily plan. Market yourself and network. If you're seeking a mentor make sure that you find one who's active in the field, not just selling knowledge but not actively living by/utilizing it.

Go to your local auctions with your business cards in hand. Only one buyer can walk away with the property being auctioned, the rest are still looking to purchase.

The wholesaler should have their own contract, that's legally worded, with their title/label for you to sign as their buyer.

Just buy a cheap cell with your local area code. One that doesn't require your info, and use it strictly for marketing, deals, sellers, and buyers.
