Im looking for ideas on ways to grow my current cash buyers list.  I have been attending philadelphia and greater philadelphia (bucks, montgomery, chester, and berks county) area reia meetings.  I have also been using meetup.com and attending some of their get togethers.  Any insight on other ideas for networking would be greatly appreciated.

I would use the network tool here on BP to start reaching out to other investors. Other than that, I would say you're doing a good job.

On another note, I personally wouldn't worry about spending any more time building a cash buyer list and spend 100% of your time finding a deal. Once you find a deal, the cash buyers will come relatively easy. Having been on the cash buyer side, it is really annoying to have people call me asking if I want to be on their buyers list and then never hear from them again.
