Wholesaling help Dallas/ Fort Worth

Hey BP! I'm an 18 year old college freshman who's about to get started in Real estate investing! I think I'm over analysis paralysis, so I'm just going to start doing! My goal is to wholesale until I earn enough to start flipping/ buying and holding properties. Tonight around 4 AM I'm going to put out my bandit signs (has this method of marketing generated leads or deals for you?) With that being said, I was wondering to I need to set up a DBA (doing business as) before or after my first deal? Also any other useful advice is appreciated. -Thanks in advance, Trey
