cash out of 70% or 75% DSCR loans are possible, with current rates (7% to 8.5% - depending on credit, rent, taxes, insurance, HOA etc )

Quote from @John Underwood:

An LLC is for asset protection. It doesn't give you any tax benefits.

As John stated LLC do not save you on taxes. I took classes from a tax lawyer and a CPA.

Ryan,

Good questions. It depends on your bank, talk with them. I have helped people get DSCR loans with their LLC that were formed few days before the loan. I also helped people who added a good credit to the deal by joining the LLC.

Hello Holly,

Few DSCR lenders used to lend on 5+ but stopped doing it few weeks ago. The fact that you can not fid them now is not fun.

I do believe that few of them will go back to lending on 5+ in few months once the Fed will stop increasing the rates. Good luck with your purchase .

Hi Sam,

I'm an investor myself. I have been investing in RE for over 5 years (in WA,TX,LA,FL,IN and NC), I also helped many people with DSCR 30 years fix.
I have done fix and flips, many buy and holds, (single family, 2-4 units, mobile homes , self storage and more), my 401K owns 14 houses.

I have sent you a message. As of today DSCR loans that I know of can be as low as 7% on a 30 years fix.

Congratulation Greg! Looking great. If I'm in the area, I would want to stay in your place.
