@Carlos Morales Welcome to Bigger Pockets, you're already on the right path by being apart of this forum. My advice for the next six months would be to learn the market. Do some research and find out the best areas to invest in, areas that are currently going through gentrification or areas that are a seller's market.  I am a Realtor in Tampa and surrounding areas so if you need any help please feel free to reach out to me.

Andrew, welcome to Bigger Pockets. Real Estate Agents and Realtors are technically the same thing and perform the same tasks regarding Real Estate, the only difference is that Realtors are members of the National Association of REALTORS and they adhere to a strict code of ethics. While all Realtors are agents, not all agents are REALTORS. Regarding working with your past real estate agent, I don't consider it a conflict of interest as most agents are working with other investors. Working with agents that have experience in investment properties or are investors themselves are key. If you have any more questions I would love to help. 

I agree with Troy, I would recommend online schools as well. I completed my coursework on realestateexpress.com and supplemented my studies with a prep guide.
