Seeking an investor friendly realtor in Akron that is ready to work quickly with me to find a duplex. Cash ready, pre-approval letter done, ready to move if the numbers make sense.

Also looking for a recommendation for a property manager. I have two companies that have provided quotes, looking for 3rd or 4th option.
