Thanks for the response Evan. I think there is value in both LP’s and the sponsors experiences. I want everyone to share the knowledge gained from crossing the finish line.

@Lucas Miller My question Lucas is how do I get somebody experience to partner with me and I have no experience. I have already located a deal. I also have a group of high net worth investors but they do not have experience either.
