Doug Martin multi-family and mobile home parks are the real return on investments. Leverage your money and celebrity by only using it as a down payment. For an example, I have a deal that I'm working on now where it's a owner finance for mobile home park with 39 units. The property is already cash flowing at 95% occupancy. I have a couple more contracts out for apartment complexes also here in Florida. Let's connect! By the way, I'm Kawann Short's cousin

Rachel H. Thank you for your expertise and knowledge. As I'm getting information from the seller I will post it for feedback.

This will be my first mobile home park investment. It has 39 units and 4 belong to the park. The seller is very motivated and wants to owner finance the transaction. With seller financing are there any rules of thumb or pitfalls that I should be aware of? Matt gave some great sound advice in a handful of other post on mobile home parks on this forum. Hopefully he will see my post. Also, what's a good place to post to find partners for syndication on mobile park homes deal.

Thanks in advance
