@Scot Finn Hello there, i know one of the meetups I joined uses Zoom now for their meetings.  It was started here in NH but the original hostess has let go the reigns and the currently leadership is based in NJ. One of their leaders has done business here in NH, even as far up as my wife and I here in Northern NH. We get a pretty good turnout each meeting and you don't even have to leave your home.  Other than zoom there are several other programs you can use to do virtual meetups.

@Kristin Britt hey there, I am more then glad to add everyone to our network of contacts. I only have one contractor at the moment , https://www.biggerpockets.com/...  . He is up in North Conway and I have not gotten to work with him yet but he also runs meetups for investors here in NH.  My wife and I are always ready to lend a hand and answer questions if we can.

So just spent the day trying out the numbers I got from skip tracing, and boy did I have a great deal of my leads turn up no valid numbers. Now I'm up in the backwoods of New Hampshire and I was following leads from a local town. So maybe it is where I am. Has anyone else living in a very rural area ran into this problem as well?

Hello everyone, my name is Shane Cloutier, my wife Tameka and I live in a little town in northern NH called Dalton. It is stuck between Lancaster and Littleton. A few months ago we joined Bigger Pockets and we have been running all over making connections here and through a few other sites online. We have made quite a collections of contacts, from all over the country, thanks to the reach of online meetups and we want to expand that list with as many local connections as we can. So if you are new or old in the real estate market, if you want to ask questions, look for other connections for your own network come on in. This includes anyone who is interested in getting involved with the northern part of NH from else where, the more the merrier. I am glad to help in any way we can and maybe we can even arrange our own meetup online, or in person for those looking to learn, network , and invest in the areas above the notch. Post: Long Term Rentals in Rural NH Markets- Low Vacancy!

With highspeed internet reaching further and further into the rural areas. My own town only has a population of 800 but half the town now has access to cable internet. I wouldn't be surprised to see more and more work from home situations pushing for those long term rentals, or lease to own options.  Before covid even hit we had a friend of ours move up to Monroe from the southern end of the state to do digital commuting.
