Actually I am buying Commercial property shopping center in coming month and need insurance provider for that. Does anyone know which insurance provider provides insurance to commercial property?

Can someone give me commercial insurance provider company name?
Finally they are out loosing deposit and one month rent and house is still same as before. Time to hunt for another good tenant
They just trying to find an issue to get out of the lease. AC technician was there next day and he said it's fine but for some time in afternoon it might not perform well. I am changing new AC so that should be fine. Hey are let go deposits and first month rent. So I am fine. I wouldn't need tenant who started acting up first day. It's their loss not mine.
Bought house a month ago. I had first tenant and they moved in. AC was old and was under performing just in the afternoon only. I m putting new AC next day. They want to be out next day. They had issue earlier to move in anyway so should I charge extra 3 month rent for breaking lease.
Jered Souder thank you so much for your great advise. I totally agree with you on equality loan. I was missing point that who would give you loan if you don't have a job. Specially for me I don't have any business. Well I will keep in mind that Cash on hand always wins investment game.
I am amazed with responses I got for my post. There are lot of suggestions and advises how to payoff and not to pay off existing mortgage. The reason I want to payoff atleast one mortgage because I want piece of mind from atleast one mortgage. I want to feel like I am achieving something in life and will keep me secure in future if any unexpected event comes like job loss or anything which we can't control. Mostly I break even in my rentals after all expenses so there is no income from any of them. If I pay smallest amounts it will increase my income and reduce debt. And if I need more money for any future project I can get equity loan anytime. Also. I am buying another commercial property with my last penny and I think that would be enough in my portfolio right now. It's time to start paying off and enjoy my investment.
My rates are between 3.5% my home to 5% rentals. Right now thank god that I am in good shape in financial and hopefully it will be. I am also in process of buying commercial property in a month so that will add some extra income in my portfolio. I would like to start releasing that mortgage pressure from one by one from my properties. I am almost 40 and need to clear all properties by 50. I would really appreciate your suggestions. I would talk to my accountant and let's see what he suggests as well.
I own three homes with three different mortgages. Now I feel like I start paying off one property so I won't find myself in any future financial issues. What should I pay off first. Here is the details 1 my home - $200k left to pay 2 rental - $100k left 3 rental own by my dad. - $350k I need best advice from saving tax and interest perspective. Thanks in advance.
Thanks a lot for your great suggestions. I have to look around for more quotes. Also I found that Can called EasySeal to fix leak in system. I will replace unit once I get tenant and start making money till then will fix temporary.
