Anyone ever build storage units in the empty basement of their multifamily? Who did you use? What type of material did you use? I'm thinking of building this for the tenants' use.

Hello St. Louis property investors! I'm seeking insurance for a 6-unit property in St. Louis City. What do you make sure your insurance policy covers?
