Section 8 Atlanta Set up

Hey,

Im will be closing on my first property in forest park Ga! I want to be prepped to get a renter in. (it doesn't need much work maybe a week vacant after closing)

My first choice would be a market tenant but want to start setting up section 8 as a back up.

I have never dealt with section 8 here and idea as to where even begin?
